2. Use of the Service

• You agree not to abuse or misuse the API, including automated access by bots or scripts.
• Access to certain features may require a valid session ID.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Account Termination

• You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at support@trialguard.app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in spam, abuse, or API misuse.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of availability, uptime, or reliability. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Payments and Refunds

The Service offers both a Free and a Pro tier. All new users receive a 14-day free trial, which grants temporary access to Pro features regardless of the selected tier at registration. After the trial period ends:

• Users who do not upgrade remain on the Free tier with limited access.
• Users who choose to subscribe to the Pro tier will be charged according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

A refund policy is available and can be reviewed on the website. By subscribing to the Pro tier, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms.

7. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local laws.
