At Trialguard, we offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. This trial grants access to Pro features, allowing you to explore the full functionality of the service before deciding whether to subscribe. Because paid access only begins after manual upgrade, we generally do not offer refunds.
1. Free Trial
All new users receive a 14-day free trial upon account creation. No payment information is required during this period. After the trial ends:
- If no subscription is selected, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier with limited functionality.
- You may upgrade to the Pro tier at any time by subscribing.
2. Subscriptions and Refunds
Subscriptions to the Pro tier are billed through our payment provider, Polar.sh, once you actively choose a plan. All payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial period before subscribing.
We may consider issuing refunds in rare cases, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Confirmed technical issues that prevented access to the service immediately after purchase
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@trialguard.app within 7 days of the charge.
3. Canceling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
